I love breastfeeding stories. I like listening to them from friends and I enjoy reading too. When I was pregnant that's all I did... read Birth Stories. It helped me. For Breastfeeding it is just as theraputic but they are harder to find. So when I started this site that was one thing I knew I wanted, breast feeding stories.

Stories are not only Fun, Comforting, Nurturing, Empowering...
They also are Helpful. They show a variety of situations that help us be flexible and and adapt to our situations and needs.
It gives us Solutions and Tips.

When hearing a nursing story or a birth story that scares me and makes me uncomfortable I try to understand Why? I think it is important for me to find why the story bothered me because that will show me I have something to learn. For me being informed is key to getting through my fear and recreating a feeling of comfort. In any case we are all mothers trying to do our best for our children. Most problems are temporary so you will succeed. Find your support person to help you.
